HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – A recent attempted break-in at a vintage clothing store on South Beretania Street was all caught on camera.
Surveillance video captured the suspects, believed to be three men and a woman, driving toward Harbors Vintage around 5:30 a.m. Thursday. Two of them got out of a silver Subaru wearing masks and black hoodies.
They used their tools and fists and broke the door and window of the entrance. But they left without entering the shop.
The owner says they caused about $10,000 in damage.
“Our door knob was stolen last week, it’s an old door, but I actually looked at the footage,” said owner Arik Ma. “And then I found a video of their hull last week that I had to see, but I thought it was a one-off.”
Anyone who recognizes these suspects should call Honolulu CrimeStoppers at (808) 955-8300.
