Former President Donald Trump claimed that Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg and his office have “already dropped” the investigation into a 2016 hush money payment following his earlier claim that he was going to be “ARRESTED” last week.

The claim came in the same night Bragg called the case an “ongoing case.”
“I think they’ve already dropped the case,” Trump said.
“It’s a bogus case. Some fake cases, they have nothing at all.
Trump, who proposed on Saturday that he is “the most innocent man” in US history, used his rally to bash Bragg and insult Stormy Daniels.
Trump’s posts on his Truth Social platform on Sunday and Monday revealed he’s still interested in news on the case.

The former president claimed in one post that the prosecution “has no case” for another post in which he indicated that the Justice Department was running the local prosecutor’s office.
The grand jury hearing the case is reported to convene Monday.
