Tom Brady is now part owner of the Las Vegas Aces

Las Vegas, Nev. (FOX5) – Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady is now part owner of the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces, owner Mark Davis announced Thursday.

“Since I bought the Aces, our goal has been to win on and off the field,” Davis said. “Tom Brady is a victory not only for the Aces and the WNBA, but for women’s professional sports as a whole.”

Brady watched the Aces for the first time on May 31, 2022, when they beat the Connecticut Sun. The Aces said Brady wanted to join the organization after seeing the quality of play and the passion of the Aces fans.

“I am very excited to be a part of the Las Vegas Aces organization,” Brady said. “My love for women’s sports started at a young age, when I attended all my older sisters’ games – They were still the best athletes in our house! We celebrated their achievements together as a family and they remain a great inspiration to me.

“I have always been a huge fan of women’s sports and I am in awe of the work the players, staff and WNBA continue to do to grow the sport and empower future generations of female athletes. It is an honor to be able to contribute in any way to that mission as a member of the Aces organization.” it is priceless.

The purchase still needs to be approved by the WNBA. Details of the agreement are not yet available.
