The Husker Lawn and Leisure Show gets customers ready for spring

LINCOLN, Neb. (COLOGNE) – Thousands of people stopped by the Lancaster Events Center this weekend for the 2023 Lawn and Husker Fun Show.

Running for 21 years, the Husker Lawn and Leisure Show connects customers to more than 150 local vendors selling a variety of items, from patio chairs to fire pits to kettle corn and even beds.

“People are here to get their ideas in the spring. We are coming out of winter. You score on those nice days outdoors, not this weekend. But you may have noticed that you need windows or, you know, you want to build a fire pit or landscape project,” said Paula Widholm, promoter of the Husker Lawn and Leisure Show.

The Husker Lawn and Leisure Fair began Friday and will run through Sunday at 6 p.m. Admission is $7.
