Choctaw County, Ala. (WTOK) – Two people in Choctaw County were indicted this week in the death of their 3-year-old child, after a grand jury was returned.
Tonya Daniel Long and Fredrick Allen Logan are charged with criminal homicide in the boy’s death. He was found in a hot car outside the family’s home in June 2022.
Bond was set at $3,000. Criminally negligent homicide is a Class A felony in Alabama with a maximum penalty of one year in prison.
