Mercado On Fifth kicks off a new market season

DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) – Moline Mercado On the fifth back to start the weekend.

Fans of the festival celebrating Mexican cuisine, culture and more can enjoy the season kick off on Friday, May 27th from 5-10pm at 432 12th Street in Moline.

Anamaria Rocha, Executive Director of Mercado On Fifth, and Monce Lopez, Chief Administrative Officer, invite families to join the community celebration, which will feature a variety of children’s activities, delicious Mexican cuisine and unique retail shops selling everything from jewelry to clothing. Organizers predict this year’s market will be bigger and better than ever and expect more than 30 vendors to participate in the outdoor market. Friday Night 2022 events will run from May 27 to September 30 from 5pm to 10pm.
