Las Vegas Aces using ChatGPT to better communicate and help fans

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – The Las Vegas Aces are joining the game of artificial intelligence.

GameOn created the platform for Aces. Because the Aces fan base is only after becoming our champion, using AI will allow the team to be more efficient when interacting with fans.

“When is the next game or when is the next opportunity to buy tickets or when does the season open,” GameOn CEO Alex Beckman said.

Team mascot Bucket $ can help a fan purchase tickets. The Aces said it’s fun for fans and saves time and money for the organization.

Beckman said it will not replace jobs. The chat experience is a personalized way to incorporate sounds and visuals that already tell the team’s story.

“Fan engagement will improve,” Beckman said. “Fan experience and happiness will improve thanks to being more on top of every conversation and in real-time, and these are opportunities we thrive on.”

Beckman said that since launching the platform with the Aces a few weeks ago, they’ve seen great success and have seen fans use the chat experience on a daily basis, saying it also cuts down on the time the Aces spend answering questions and drives business. leads

GameOn has also created chat platforms for NBA, NHL and NFL teams, including our Las Vegas Raiders.
