How Lindsay Lohan’s pregnancy “brings” her family closer together

“Her pregnancy is really bringing her family closer together,” a source exclusively reveals in the magazine’s new issue Us Weekly. “Michael [Lohan] and Dina [Lohan] they cooperate very well. They wanted this for Lindsay for so long.”

36 year old Mean girls The star’s parents — who split in 2005 after two decades of marriage — are also parents to Lindsay’s siblings Michael Jr., 35, Aliana, 29, and Cody, 26. Dina, 60, was previously open Us about making amends with her ex-husband, 62, after their children came of age.

“We have come to a very good place,” Long live Lohan alum shared in April 2020 “My kids are older. When they were younger, I had sole custody and stuff, but now they’re older and they need a relationship with both parents because that’s important.”

Lindsay, for her part, revealed her pregnancy news earlier this month.

“We are very excited about the arrival of our new family member and look forward to this next chapter in our lives!” the Freaky Friday actress — who exchanged vows with Shammas, 36, in July 2022 — said Us in a statement dated March 14.

An insider’s story Us that the “Rumors” singer is three months pregnant. “She always wanted to be a mom and a wife. She was always told, ‘You can’t do both,’ but she knows she can. She can be a wife, a mom and an actress,” says the source, noting that Lindsey has no plans to take a break from the business just yet. “He is shooting two more films. She can still do that and she’s not showing up yet.”

Although the former child star is dedicated to her career, a source says she “wants a balance” between home life and work once the baby is born.

“She wants to be a family mom, not just a working mom,” the insider explains. “[She] she wants to be at home and raise the baby, but she will continue to work.”

As it is The Parent Trap the actress is preparing for motherhood, she has a husband who supports her in every aspect of her life.

“Bader now works with her and helps her manage with Dina. He really helped Lindsay become who she is today and she really trusts him,” another source said Us earlier this month. “Bader honestly just wants to support her and help her continue on the right path.”

Lindsay was first linked to the businessman in 2019 after moving to Dubai five years earlier.

The Find the clue The actress opened up about Shammas, who is from Dubai, via Instagram in July 2022.

“I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time,” she wrote at the time. “I am amazed that you are my husband. My life and my everything. ❤️ Every woman should feel this way every day 🙏💖.”

The first source tells Us that the financier is “so excited to be a father,” noting that he and Lindsay plan to raise their child in Dubai.

“She can’t wait to be a mom,” an insider says of the mother-to-be. “Work and sober drive her. She is super healthy. She has a beautiful glow. It feels complete.”
