MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Whataburger may be headed to Midtown Memphis According to Memphis Business Journall.
It’s part of plans to renovate the former police station at 1925 Union Ave.
The design also includes 10 townhouses and a five-story hotel.
Final and administrative reviews of the plats were submitted to the Department of Planning and Development by EP3 developers to the Memphis and Shelby County Division.
EP3 previously built a Holiday Inn on Elvis Presley Boulevard. They bought the former police station land from the city of Memphis in April for $3.5 million, the MBJ reports.
