MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police are searching for a man and woman accused of a robbery and attempted kidnapping in October.
The Memphis Police Department says officers responded to a 911 call at Southland Mall around 4:45 p.m. on Oct. 18 to find a victim who said he was approached by a man and woman, both armed.
He claims that the suspects robbed and tried to kidnap him when he entered the mall.
The first suspect is described as a black man, 5 feet 4 inches tall, bald, with a light beard, hazel eyes, wearing a gray jogging suit with black and yellow aerials. His nickname is probably “Kate”.
The second suspect is described as a 25- to 35-year-old black woman, wearing a braid, black shirt and black pants with a heavy build.
MPD has not released a photo of the suspect.
At the moment, no one has been arrested.
