The suspect in the murder of Miss Memphis was arrested by the US marshals

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man who police said was wanted on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and a felony charge of evading arrest was arrested Tuesday.

On October 6, the Drew (Mississippi) Police Department, with the assistance of the Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) in Oxford, Mississippi, obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect, 23-year-old Stanley Self. Self. The GCRFTF then requested assistance from the Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force (TRVFTF) in Memphis after receiving information that Hood was in the area.

The TRVFTF, Memphis Fugitive Police and the Shelby County Fugitive Apprehension Team went to a home on Lowell Avenue in Memphis to arrest Hud.

The police saw him through the back window of the house.

After the announcements, the police entered the house through the front door. He was arrested by the police along with four other people in this family.

One of the men arrested, Tyrone Johnson, 36, had a domestic violence warrant out of Shelby County and was taken into custody. No other individuals had outstanding warrants.
