The city of Quitman is issuing a boil water warning

QUITMAN, Mis. (WTOK) – The City of Quitman issued a boil water advisory for customers of the City of Quitman Municipal Water System Wednesday night.

The boil water notice applies to those living in the following areas and is effective immediately:

– Customers who live along Hwy. 513

– Customers who live in Clark County Villas

– Customers who live at Quail Run Apartments

– Customers who live on Northwood Drive

– Customers who live east of the Archusa Creek Water Park Bridge

The city also said if the notice applies to you, please use bottled or boiled water for drinking, preparing and cooking.
