Suspect charged in shooting at Bartlett gas station

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A man accused of killing a man after a shooting at a Bartlett gas station is in police custody.

The shooting happened Tuesday evening at a Shell gas station at 6390 Hwy 70.

Investigators quickly identified the suspect as Ramon McGee and obtained a search and arrest warrant for his address in Shelby County. The Bartlett Police Department SWAT team subsequently executed the warrants and took the suspect into custody without incident.

McGee is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm.
