PIERRE, SD (Dakota News Now) – A Stanley County man has pleaded “guilty” to 11 sex-related charges, according to DRG News.
Donnie Edwards, 44, of Stanley County, is charged with one count of felony pedophilia, four counts of first-degree rape, one count of fourth-degree rape, one count of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of sixteen, two counts. one count of aggravated incest and two counts of incest.
The case is being handled by the Offices of the State Attorney General and the Stanley County State’s Attorney. In court, Edwards’ attorney requested that the $250,000 cash bond be reduced. The judge allowed bond to be set at $250,000 cash or surety. If he is released on bail, Edwards must obey various court conditions, including:
· lack of contact with victims
· not to have contact with her 2-year-old daughter or stepson
· at least 100 meters from children under 18 years old
· To maintain or not consume alcohol or drugs
· CONSIDER CONFORSION OF ABOUT alcohol or drugs
· Contain on the State Program of the Number
· turn in all firearms, dangerous weapons or explosives to the Stanley County Sheriff’s Office
· Comply with the all conditions set by Hughes County
· Consult with his lawyer every week
· complete all court appearances
· Don’t leave Southern South
The next day of Edvards was appointed 10th January 2023 o’clock
