LECLAIR, Iowa (KWQC) – A LeClaire man is in custody on charges of sexual exploitation, according to a news release.
The Scott County Sheriff’s Office says they received a Cybertip from the Iowa ICAC (Internet Crimes Against Children) Task Force on November 4th and began an investigation.
The investigation led to criminal charges against Kyle Daniel DuPre, 35, of Leclair. Authorities said evidence showed DuPrey possessed and distributed child pornography.
DuPrey was arrested and booked into the Scott County Jail on Wednesday and charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a class “D” felony. He was later released on bail, according to jail reports.
