Honor unveils new headphones with noise reduction for less than €60

This Wednesday, Honor unveiled a pair of more affordable headphones, the new ones Earbuds 3i. Unveiled for the moment only in China, the new true wireless headphones accompany the launch of Honor Magic Vs, the brand’s new foldable smartphone.

In detail, these new headphones have a format similar to that of the Honor Earbuds 3 Pro with a rod format and in-ear silicone tips. The headphones themselves also weigh 5.5 grams, and the egg-shaped case measures 46 x 64.3 x 23.2mm. They also feature touch-sensitive surfaces to control music and wear sensors to automatically pause music when removed.

Autonomy of more than 7 hours with noise reduction

As far as sound is concerned, the Earbuds 3i benefit from 10mm diameter transducers. However, the Bluetooth 5.2 connection only allows support for the more classic Bluetooth audio codecs, namely SBC and AAC. However, they take advantage of an active noise reduction function announced by Honor as capable of suppressing up to 32 dB.

As for autonomy, count on a 55mAh battery in the headphones themselves and 410mAh for the case. Enough to offer a battery life of up to 7.5 hours with noise reduction activated on the earphones only and up to 24 hours with the charging case.

For now, the Honor Earbuds 3i have only been announced in China, at a price of 399 yuan, or 54 euros excluding taxes. At the moment, we have no indications for marketing in Italy.
