HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – HEMSI responded to a two vehicle accident involving a pedestrian Monday night at 5017 Millennium Dr. NW reacted.
According to Don Webster with HEMSI, the 25-year-old female pedestrian and the male driver of one of the vehicles were transported to the hospital.
It is said that the pedestrian did not have life-threatening injuries, while the male driver suffered minor injuries.
According to Rosalind White of the Huntsville Police Department, the woman is believed to have been hit by a moving vehicle while trying to respond to a nearby two-vehicle crash. The driver remained at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and this story will be updated as more information becomes available.
