A man has received a $250,000 bond for shooting at a FedEx facility

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Police say a man has been arrested for allegedly shooting a co-worker at a FedEx facility after a heated argument.

The shooting began on Nov. 2 after an argument between 24-year-old Jalen Hamilton and 31-year-old Morris Williams.

On November 7, Hamilton was interviewed by police and she stated that William touched her back and she did not like it.

After an argument between the two, Hamilton left. Later, as he was walking to his car in the parking lot, William drove up and pointed a gun at Hamilton, police say. William then got out of his car and hit Hamilton in the stomach.

Hamilton was taken to hospital in critical condition.

William is charged with attempted first degree murder and using a firearm with intent to commit a felony.

He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday morning.
