A Chesterfield man has been jailed for 15 years for having sex with a teenager

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KMOV) — A 39-year-old Chesterfield man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to having sex with a 15-year-old boy.

Court documents say Lowe admitted to forcing the girl, who lived in Kansas, to have sex with him through an online application. He brought her across state lines to Missouri and encouraged her to run away and live with him.

Lowe admitted to having sex with the girl at his apartment. FBI agents and Chesterfield police found the girl at her home.

Low will be on supervised release for the rest of his life after serving his sentence.
