LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KITE) – The Arkansas Department of Health monitoring the spread of COVID-19 week

According to the ADH website, until Wednesday, October 19, in the last 7 days:

  • 1,872 new cases
  • 956,424 total cases of COVID-19 in Arkansas
  • 2,924 total active cases (-70)
  • 940,868 recoveries
  • 12,386 total deaths (+65)
  • 154 people are currently hospitalized (-18)
  • 3 in fans (-6)
  • 4,420,083 doses of vaccine administered (+21,410)
  • 290,720 partially immunized (+426)
  • 1,674,184 fully vaccinated (+2,577)
  • 7,595,610 tests reported
  • 6,616,152 negative tests were reported

Cities with the highest number of new cases in the last 7 days:

  1. Pulaski: 243
  2. Washington: 134
  3. Craighead: 108
