Timeline of Chrishell Stause and G Flip’s relationship

Chrisshell Stausehas a romance with Mr. Flip is one even Selling Sunset the star did not expect to come.

“I think I was probably as surprised as anyone else. Nothing has changed for me, I’m still very attracted to male energy and a good man,” said the real estate agent about the musician on Selling Sunset Season 5 reunion, which began airing in May 2022, two weeks after the special was taped. “I’ve heard people talk about those things and they’re like, ‘I’ve known since I was little.’ That’s not me. I’m just, I’m very open to good energy. I don’t know what the future holds for me. … I know we’re in this position, we’re being judged all the time, but at the end of the day, I’m so happy.”

Stause started seeing G Flip afterwards Under construction author separate from Jason Oppenheim at the end of 2021. Their whirlwind romance was documented in season 5 of the Netflix series, but the two parted ways when the head of the Oppenheim Group decided he didn’t want children.

“I just felt that this was not the time in my life when I wanted to have a family. I feel like I screwed up, and I feel guilty that we were happy and screwed up something that was really good and she’s hurting and I caused it,” Oppenheim said in a deleted scene about Stause. “And now I have to face the fact that she’s happy with someone else and I’ll probably never meet someone like that again. So it’s fucking shit.”

Before her romance with Oppenheim, Stause was briefly engaged Matthew Morrison and married to Justin Hartley. The This is us The star filed for divorce in November 2019, and their messy split played out in the show’s third season – including her claims that he informed her their marriage was over via text message.

“If that’s really what you wanted, there are better ways to do it [it]”, she said on the show in 2020. “I talked to him right after because I thought it was a joke, but that was the end of the communication. What to say? What do you say after that? Like, now I have to find a place to live. Now I have to work hard and figure this out, you know?”

While moving on with G Flip, Stause has made it clear that she wants a family.

“I, you know, had this serious relationship [with Jason] and obviously, I’m hoping to have a family, but I’ve also taken some of the pressure off of me as far as what that looks like,” she said at the season five reunion. “I don’t necessarily have to have a child myself – [I’m] open to adoption, things like that. And so now I just enjoy and have fun and go out.”
