INDIANAPOLIS — There are only a few hours left for someone to claim the winning $50,000 Powerball ticket.
Winner must claim prize no later than 4:30pm on Monday, October 17th at the Hoosier Lottery cashing office (1302 N. Meridian St. in Indianapolis).
Someone bought a ticket at Pilot #650 located at 1401 Ripley Street in Lake Station. The card matches four out of five numbers and the Powerball for the April 18, 2022 drawing.
The winning numbers were 8-33-55-59-62. Powerball was 18 years old.
In most cases, Hoosier Lottery drawing prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the drawing. She extended the lottery by two days because the deadline would be on the weekend, when her office was closed.
A ticket owner should make sure their ticket is safe, consider consulting with a financial advisor, and call Hoosier Lottery Customer Service at 1-800-955-6886 for specific claiming instructions.
