TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The Hillsborough County Fair returns in November for 11 days of fun, competition and entertainment.
The theme of this year’s event is “Hometown Fun”, and the fair will run from November 3rd to 13th at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds.
The 2022 fair will feature an all-new carnival with rides and games at the midway.
Other news at the fair this year include:
- Scott’s World of Magic – A magic show with illusions that will “leave patrons on the edge of their seats”
- Play with giants – Interactive games on the theme of agriculture and animal husbandry for the whole family
- America’s Show Camels – Dromedary camel experience, including riding
There will also be a demolition derby, truck and tractor pull, Hillsborough Harvest Idol competition, rodeo and more. Full schedule of events can be found on the internet.
The Hillsborough County Fair’s opening day, Nov. 3, is “Dollar Day,” featuring dollar tickets and dollar rides. Admission will be free for all patrons on Monday, Nov. 7, and Nov. 9 is Senior Citizens Day, offering $2 tickets for senior citizens.
Tickets can be purchased at the entrance, but discounts are available tickets ordered in advance online they are available until November 2.
