MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – A second man wanted in connection with a fatal shooting over the weekend is in police custody, according to the Oxford Police Department.
Seth Rokitka, 24, was arrested at 8:30 a.m. Monday after he and 18-year-old Tristan Holland ran over two Ole Miss students in the Oxford Hall parking lot, killing one and injuring another.
The man died at the scene and the woman was taken to a Memphis hospital.
OPD says Rokitka’s truck was wrecked in Marshall County and has now been impounded. His charges have not yet been announced.
Holland was taken into custody around 9:00 p.m. Sunday and is charged with accessory after the fact.
