Las Vegas, Nev. (FOX5) – Popular restaurant Lotus of Siam has set an opening date for its newest location in the Las Vegas Valley.
Lotus of Siam opens its doors on November 11 inside the Red Rock Casino in Summerlin.
The latest Lotus restaurant marks its third location in the Las Vegas Valley.
The addition of Lotus of Siam to Red Rock is part of “extensive casino changes” the property announced in July.
