Las Vegas, Nev. (FOX5) – A man was stabbed to death Sunday night after a property dispute, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police said.
The incident occurred at approximately 10:16 p.m. Oct. 2 in the 1800 block of Orom Street, near East and St. Louis avenues. Responding officers found a victim in the area suffering from a stab wound.
The victim was taken to Sunrise Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The Clark County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as 44-year-old Eric Enriquez. Enriquez died of a stab wound to the chest and his death was ruled a homicide.
LVMPD said the victim was at a home in the area when the suspect confronted him about a property dispute. Police said they got into an argument and the victim was stabbed. According to the police, the suspect fled the area.
