HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – An HPD officer accused of domestic violence pleaded guilty in court Thursday, officials said.
Antonio Mendoza, 44, was charged with one count of first-degree terroristic threats and one count of misdemeanor assault, HPD said.
Both counts involve the same victim, another HPD officer, according to authorities.
Police arrested Mendoza on Avaney Street in Waipahu earlier this month.
Mendoza’s bail is set at $20,000 and his trial is set to begin on December 19.
