The End Zone Game of the Week is scheduled for Friday, October 21, at 7:30 PM at Trojan Field.
MACON, Ga. (41NBC/WMGT) — The John Milledge Academy Trojans will host the First Presbyterian Day School Vikings in Week 10’s End Zone Game of the Week.
The Vikings went 10-3 last season and fell in the quarterfinals of the GHSA 1A private state playoffs.
They are 2-5 this season, with four of their losses coming by one possession or less. But now that it’s regional time, it’s a new season, and the Vikings kicked it off with a win over Mt. de Sales last Friday.
“We played a very tough non-regional schedule and had a lot of growing up and some inexperience, and we’re still learning. I’m still trying to fill some spots after graduating last year, and that sounds crazy in the eighth game, but it’s true. But I really love our guys. I like the way they’ve responded to what’s happened this year,” FPD head coach Greg Moore said.
