DJ Steve Aoki to open Las Vegas restaurant

Las Vegas, Nev. (FOX5) – DJ Steve Aoki is set to open a restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip.

According to a report, Aoki’s Pizzaoki restaurant will be located in the new Proper Eats food hall coming to ARIA Resort & Casino.

The Proper Eats location is being developed by Clique Hospitality Group and is expected to open this winter.

The release states that Pizzaoki is a “variety and delicious New York style pizza joint” offering classic pizzas to traditional white pizzas. Developers say the restaurant will also have vegetarian and cauliflower options.

Clique Hospitality says the 24,000-square-foot Proper Eats location will have 12 dining rooms on ARIA’s second-level promenade.

In addition to Aoki’s Pizza Restaurant, other establishments featured at the location include the first Wexler’s Deli outside of Los Angeles; Seoul bird London and Portland favorite Shalom Y’all.
