Convicted murderer in Limestone Co. the correction was killed

LIMESTONE Co., Ala. (WAFF) – A man convicted of rape and murder was killed Sunday at the Limestone County Correctional Facility, making him the second inmate to be killed this weekend.

A man convicted of rape and murder was found unresponsive in his cell on Sunday, according to the Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC).

ADOC says 34-year-old Clarence Jackson was taken to the health department, where he died.

On Saturday, Kenyon Arrington was shot and killed inside the Limestone County Correctional Facility by another inmate.

Arrington was serving time for rape out of Crenshaw County.

Both their deaths are currently under investigation.
