They do it! Whether they went for a secret, private wedding ceremony or a full-on extravaganza, all of these celebrity couples have one thing in common — they’re married.
Bachelor in Paradise star Derek Peth He started the new year by getting married on January 14. Him and the British model Saffron Vadher got engaged in November 2020.
“Mr. & Mrs. Peth !!! 💍👰🏽🤵🏻♂️14.01.2021,” the bride captioned a photo of their hands with wedding bands on Instagram from January 17. The Bachelorette alum went for a platinum band, while the model had a band encrusted with small diamonds to go with her sparkling engagement ring.
“I love our life together,” commented Peth. Vadher replied to her new husband: “I love you moreeeee.”
The banker was previously engaged to Taylor Nolan after asking the question BiP season 4. The two split in June 2018.
Peth and Vadher went public with their relationship in March 2020. They isolated themselves together amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and the model shared numerous TikTok videos with him in the months that followed. She even announced their wedding on January 15 with a TikTok video.
The video shows their hands with rings before the video shows the model cupping her new husband’s face. “Officially Mrs. Peth!!!” the excited newlyweds captioned the clip.
Peth wasn’t the only one BiP alum will be getting married in January. one day later, Jordan Kimballwho appeared in the third season of the tropical reality show, got married Christina Creedon at a ceremony in Houston, Texas.
The couple, who announced their relationship on social media in November 2019, shared photos from their big day on social media. The elementary school teacher wore a long-sleeved dress and Kimball looked happy as she filled a champagne tower. The first dance of the bride and groom was to “When You Say At All” by Alison Krauss.
The ceremony included traditional vows and the couple exchanged letters for an hour before walking down the aisle. “I laughed, I cried, I laughed,” Kimball exclusively shared Us Weekly notes by his current wife.
Creedon agreed: “It was so hard not to cry the whole time, just from pure joy.”
The groom revealed that he was overcome with emotion when he saw her walk down the aisle. “Seeing her for the first time – we didn’t look at her for the first time – and seeing her in the dress, [I started crying],” the Bachelorette alum said Us, adding that he “certainly” expected to keep his emotions in check. “From that moment I realized how important she is to me. I mean, crying in front of lifelong friends and family and everything — I’ve never loved her as much as I do today.”
The couple was engaged for over a year. Kimball proposed on Christmas Eve 2020 while they were at the church where she grew up. Her love planned the entire event, making sure cameras were there to document the day and that her family was around to witness the happy moment.
“Even when we were sitting in church [after the proposal]I just randomly started crying, like, pure joy,” she said Us exclusively at that time. “I am watching [the video] like every 30 minutes.”
