Giving her those ocean eyes. Billie Eilish he was spotted kissing the frontman of The Neighborhood Jesse Rutherfordwho looked delighted to embrace his new love.

The “Bad Guy” singer, 20, got cozy with her rumored beau, 31, outside Los Angeles hotspot Lal Mirch on Tuesday, October 18, according to photos she Page Six. According to the outlet, the duo’s PDA happened after their dinner at the restaurant.

In the pictures, Eilish has her hands on Rutherford’s face while he holds her around the waist. The two grin at each other as the “You Should See Me In A Crown” singer grabs the back of his head.

This is just the latest outing for the two, who appeared to confirm their romance with kissing photos on Tuesday night. The pair first sparked romance rumors earlier this month when they were spotted adoring each other recorded who attended Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios LA on Friday, October 15th. The next day, TMJ got photos of their outing on Thursday, October 14 — where they dined on vegan food at LA Crossroads Kitchen.

Eilish’s romance with Rutherford comes months after her split Matthew Tyler Vorce. In June, Vorce confirmed the two had broken up, but denied cheating speculation swirling at the time. “No one deceived anyone. The relationship is over. So simple. Creating rumors and LIES on the internet is dangerous,” he wrote on Instagram. The couple first sparked dating rumors in April 2021.

The film shows the artist “Xanny” begging her ex to comfort her after she forgot the lyrics to one of her songs at Coachella 2019.

“Can you come here? Can’t you see me?” she pleaded with Adams in the documentary. “What do you mean ‘try?'” she asked one last time, finally hanging up and throwing the phone to the ground.

“I love him though, which made it harder for me. I haven’t gotten over him, I haven’t found someone else,” she said in the doc. “I haven’t stopped loving him. I spent some time away from him and I was like, ‘Wow, I miss him so much because I’m always worried about you and I don’t want what you want and you don’t want what I want.’ I don’t want to fix it. I can’t fix it. I tried.”
