Are you a community leader? Kamehameha Schools is seeking a superintendent position

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Calling all community leaders – A search is underway for the Kamehameha Schools superintendent position.

Kamehameha Schools says the tenure of Lance K. Wilhelm is due to expire at the end of next June.

The search committee seeks active leaders in the community with a deep sense of commitment and willingness to carry the vision and legacy of Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop into the future.

The committee added that the ideal candidate has a track record of success in business, finance or related fields and has received a formal education.

Qualified candidates should also have experience in the following areas:

  • Business Administration
  • Finance and investment
  • Strategic planning and policy setting
  • or fields of interest in Kamehameha schools, including education, law, finance, or management.

Qualified candidates should submit a CV, cover letter and statement of their understanding of the role of Trustee, outlining their vision, aims and objectives for the Trust together with an action plan.
