LYON COUNTY (KSNT) – A Lyon County teenager was taken to the hospital after her car flipped onto its roof Wednesday on I-35.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, a 2004 Chevy Tahoe was traveling south on I-35 around 5:00 p.m., when the driver lost control and overturned onto the right shoulder before coming to rest on top of it.
The Emporia teenager was transported by private vehicle to the hospital with suspected minor injuries. KHP announced that the teenager was wearing a seat belt.
