BISMARCK, ND (KFYR) – A Bismarck man faces drug conspiracy charges after police allege he shipped drugs to his home.
Police say a source told them Thomas Schmidt, 31, sold her methamphetamine and fentanyl. In September, officers say they intercepted a package containing thousands of fentanyl pills that were delivered to Schmidt’s apartment building.
Schmidt pleaded not guilty to three felony charges on Monday. He is scheduled to face a jury in January.
